We are providers of geriatric Physical and Occupational Therapy services in North Carolina.  We are unique in that all therapy services are provided in the home of every client.   Our philosophy is that our client’s needs are best met in their home. By providing the best quality, home based therapy, we customize every treatment plan to meet each client’s specific needs
