Established in 2000, At Home Therapy has provided in-home Physical and Occupational Therapy services in coastal North Carolina.  Specializing in geriatrics, we focus on treating conditions specific to the elderly.

Our philosophy is that our client’s needs are best met in their home.

Why waste time and energy in traffic or burden family and friends with transportation when we can bring our office to your front door? If living independently is your goal, what better place to achieve this than at home.

Loretta Thomas, Executive Director, Spring Arbor of Wilmington

“At Home Therapy was integral to my successful private practice in Geriatric Medicine. They are totally trustworthy, committed to individualized care plans that addressed every aspect of my patient’s physical function and wellbeing. Using multiple modalities of treatment, they often supported our patients to the end of their lives. I remain so grateful that this type of program is available.”
