About Us

My name is Greg Lew and I have been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1994. I received my Bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University in 1991 and my Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1994. My career has taken me into many clinical settings but I have found geriatrics to allow me to make a significant impact in the lives of my clients.

With many years of working at inpatient rehab and then home health, I have found the best way to improve my clients’ independence is through meeting their needs at home. Over the years this has resonated loud and true as I’ve found each client to have specific needs that require treatment in their specific living environment.

Furthermore, as a clinician, my goal has always been quality, evidence based treatments that best suit the needs of my clients. In 2000, At Home Therapy was born out of these experiences and goals. Since that time, our practice has grown to include other Physical and Occupational Therapists who are like minded in this treatment philosophy. I truly believe that we are a team of providers that love our job and treat our clients like they are family. We are based out of Wilmington, NC where we serve coastal carolina’s seniors and retirees.

On a more personal note, I have been married to my wife, Susan, since 2003 and have a son (Evan) and daughter (Addie). When not at work, I can usually be found out on the water (surfing or paddling) or shuttling my kids around Wilmington to gymnastics and soccer.

They are totally trustworthy, committed to individualized care plans that addressed every aspect of my patient’s physical function and wellbeing. Using multiple modalities of treatment, they often supported our patients to the end of their lives. I remain so grateful that this type of program is available.”
