At Home Therapy of Crystal Coast

Joshua grew up in Chauvin, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana Tech University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. While attending Louisiana Tech, he became a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After graduating from Louisiana Tech, he attended The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013. He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Fellow of Applied Functional Science, Bike Fit Pro with BikeFit systems, and a level 1 weightlifting coach with USA Weightlifting.

He is an avid multi-sport athlete, participating in a variety of fitness events including a relay across the English Channel with his alumni from Physical Therapy school (2013), full distance triathlons such as Challenge Roth and Ironman Arizona, 10 half distance triathlons, Spartan’s Beast obstacle race, and is a part of the Blu Collar Racing triathlon team. Joshua also enjoys fishing, camping, paddle boarding, and hiking with his wife and their dog during his leisure time. Joshua is married to Amanda Westergard Stoufflet. Amanda attended Elon University School of Law. Joshua and Amanda reside in Morehead City, North Carolina.
